Taking a trail lap of iconic Mount Rundle is something every local runner has to do at least once. Leo Fung was the first runner I saw make this trip and borrowed the idea from him.

The best place to start this loop is at the Canmore Nordic Center. Head up Grassi Lakes to Goat Creek trail. Once in Banff follow the golf course road to the SE bound trail that pops back out right at the Nordic Center for a wicked loop.
